We usually patronize toothpaste because we want to have those white and sparkling teeth of the commercial models. We buy expensive toothpaste rather than the cheap one because of ads that says that expensive toothpastes are more effective than the other. However, after several years of using it, still your teeth are stained and discolored. Is there a problem with the toothpaste or is the problem with you?
Actually, it’s not with the toothpaste, it’s because of you, your lifestyle. Your lifestyle affects you as a whole. It affects our personality, our body and our health. What you do everyday and what you eat is a part of it. The food you consume everyday play a role in your oral health. Some food will cause stains and discolorations to your teeth. These stains affect the natural color of your teeth so you would do almost everything to bring back its whiteness. You seek for some teeth whitening tips from your dentist but usually this will cost you a lot. What is the best thing to do to avoid this problem?
The best solution to your problem is to start living a healthy lifestyle and include good oral hygiene into your lifestyle to get you a step closer to having those whiter teeth again. How? Here are some home teeth whitening tips:

• Drink plenty of water – good for the entire body
• Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
• Use baking soda or lemon juice as an alternative to toothpaste.
