Now that we know the benefits of avocados let’s take a look at a simple guacamole recipe. This recipe takes about 10 minutes to make and is packed with healthy ingredients. It includes essential oils from Young Living’s Vitality Collection, which are oils approved for dietary use. I enjoy dipping vegetables in my guacamole which packs even more nutrients into my snack.
1.Remove the pit from the avocados and scoop the flesh into a bowl, mashing roughly with a fork.
2. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixed.
3. Garnish with cilantro.
4. Enjoy with tortilla chips or with your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes!
